Atelier Okashi wurde 2018 von Misako gegründet, getrieben von ihrer Leidenschaft für Patisserie und ihrem Traum, die feinen Aromen japanischer und französischer Backkunst in der Schweiz bekannt zu machen. Misako und ihr Team produzieren all ihre Kreationen von Hand und frisch in ihrer Küche in Rüschlikon.

Wir freuen uns sehr, DIANS – smart pastry and coffee bei uns an der Pelikanstrasse 19 willkommen zu heissen. Hol dir deinen Koffein-Kick, Schweizer Schokolade mit 70 % weniger Zucker und verschiedene Creamies mit spannenden Geschmacksrichtungen – Montag bis Freitag, von 7:30 bis 16:00 Uhr.
DIANS wurde 2023 von drei Freunden gegründet: Andreas, Stefan und Dimitri – mit der Vision, unseren Zuckerkonsum komplett zu verändern. All ihre Schokoladen und Süsswaren – darunter Frucao, ihre neu erfundene Schokolade aus über 75 % Kakaofrucht – werden mit 70 % weniger Zucker und mehr Ballaststoffen hergestellt … aber mit dem gleichen süssen Genuss. Voller Geschmack, ganz ohne schlechtes Gewissen!

Vom 17. bis 29. Juni begrüssen wir Yasa. No Fish Sushi. bei uns an der Hallwylstrasse 24.
Yasa ist ein brandneues Konzept, gegründet von Claire und Noe, das peruanische und japanische Küche ausschliesslich mit pflanzlichen Zutaten vereint. Alles wird täglich frisch in unserer Küche vom Chefkoch und Mitgründer Carlos Zuniga zubereitet – extra für dieses Projekt ist er aus Santiago de Chile angereist!
Erlebt ein entspanntes Dining-Erlebnis mit veganem Sushi, Ceviche und vielem mehr. Serviert wird ein fixes Menü für CHF 55 pro Person, inkl. verschiedener Vorspeisen, Sushi und Dessert. Ein Apéro und Wasser sind inbegriffen. Zusätzliche Rolls und Getränke sind à la carte erhältlich und werden separat verrechnet.

Every Saturday from 11.00 to 16.00 we are hosting Kome.en, a new matcha and onigiri café by Atelier Okashi. Get your hot or iced matcha along with delicious onigiri of all kinds of flavors plus authentic Japanese desserts and more! Atelier Okashi was founded by Misako in 2018, driven by her passion for pastries and her dream to share the delicate flavors of Japanese and French pastries with people in Switzerland. Misako and her team produce all their creations by hand from scratch in their kitchen in Rüschlikon.

DIANS was founded in 2023 by three friends: Andreas, Stefan and Dimitri with a vision to change the way we consume sugar... completely. All their chocolate and sweets — including Frucao, their reinvented chocolate made from over 75% cacao fruit — are crafted with 70% less sugar, more fiber... but with the same sweet kick, delivering you all the flavor without the guilt!

From June 17th to 29th we will be hosting Yasa. No Fish Sushi. at our Hallwylstrasse 24 location.
Yasa is a brand new concept, founded by Claire and Noe, that brings Peruvian and Japanese cuisine together using only plant-based ingredients. Everything is produced fresh daily in our kitchen by their chef and co-founder, Carlos Zuniga, who flew all the way from Santiago de Chile for this project!
Join their casual dining experience with vegan sushi, ceviche and more. They will serve a fixed menu at CHF 55 per Person, incl. a variety of starters, sushi and a dessert. An Apèro and water are included. Additional rolls and beverages will be available a la carte and charged separately.
