How Long Do Frozen Soups Last in the Freezer?
The soups can be stored in the freezer (at -18°C) for 4 to 6 months.
You can store them in the refrigerator for up to 2 days at a maximum of +5°C.
It’s best to take the frozen soup out of the freezer the evening before and place it in the refrigerator. The thawed soup can then be slowly heated the next day in a pot over medium heat, stirring occasionally (do not boil).

Another option is to place the frozen soup in its container into a pot of hot water and wait until the soup thaws at the edges. Once this happens, you can then empty the soup from the container into a pot and heat it over medium heat, stirring occasionally (do not boil). You can also use a microwave; the soup containers are microwave-safe.
