We call ourselves the Simply Soupers.

Assem – Founder and Owner
As she likes to put it, Assem is responsible for drinking coffee, sitting around all day, and doing nothing.
Julia – General Manager
Julia’s job is to make sure everything runs smoothly. She is our go-to person when the S*%& hits the fan.
Joelis – Marketing Manager
Joelis makes sure everyone knows when we have a great new salad dressing! And yes, she’s the woman behind the camera who catches our staff dancing or acting silly 😉
Tomas – Chef
Tomas is the main reason why we all have something healthy and delicious to eat 🙂
Dickey - Right Hand to Pelikan Store Manager
Originally from Tibet, Dickey supports Kayo in our store on Pelikanstrasse. She is known for her warm smile and melodic voice when she speaks with our customers!
Prim - Kalkbreite Store Manager
Prim moves like a panther, graceful and swift. She will be our new Store Manager at Kalkbreite from late 2025!
Irene - Deputy Store Manager Hallwyl
Irene is as cheerful and charming as they come. Originally from Italy, she not only brings her irresistible Italian accent but also the humor we all need to get through the week!
Celine – Catering Manager
Our youngest team member is a true all-rounder. Highly efficient and perfectly organized, Celine manages our catering, handles deliveries, and assists with service!
Miroslava - Branch Manager, Hallwylstrasse
Myroslava runs the store on Hallwylstrasse. She’s best known for her epic hiking stories on those dreaded Monday mornings when we all need a little pick-me-up.
