Our soups aren’t only available in our three restaurants, they’re also available for your freezer. We cook them in our own kitchen and freeze them in single portions, so you can have a proper meal on the table in minutes. Ideal for busy days, as meal prep for the week, or as a winter stock.
Something for Everyone
Our selection changes with the seasons and with what we’re cooking at the moment. One thing stays the same: everyone finds their soup with us.
- With chicken: for example Tom Kha Gai, red curry or tikka masala, made with Swiss chicken
- With beef: for example our chili con carne with Swiss beef
- Vegetarian and vegan: for example pumpkin chestnut, minestrone, Turkish red lentil or tomato, carrot and pepper
Many of our soups are also gluten-free or lactose-free. You’ll find the details for each soup in the shop. Prices range from CHF 6.45 to CHF 6.95 per soup.
Meal Prep Made Easy
- Keeps for months: in the freezer (at −18 °C), the soups keep for 4 to 6 months.
- After thawing: they stay fresh for up to 2 days in the fridge (max. +5 °C).
- Ready in minutes: ideally, take the soup out of the freezer the evening before and let it thaw in the fridge. The next day, heat it in a pan over medium heat, stirring occasionally (don’t let it boil). In a hurry? Place the frozen container in hot water until the edges thaw, then empty the soup into a pan and heat it slowly. The containers are microwave-safe.
Delivery or Pickup
- Delivery: Monday to Friday between 12:00 and 15:00, within the city of Zurich and to the Gold Coast and Silver Coast. Delivery costs CHF 9, and it’s free for orders from CHF 80. Minimum order: CHF 50.
- Not at home? No problem: we deliver in cooler bags, which keep the soups frozen for several hours. We charge a CHF 15 deposit per cooler bag, refunded as soon as we get the bag back.
- Pickup: choose “Pickup” in the shop and collect your soups at one of our restaurants, with no minimum order and no delivery fee.
For the Office Too
A few soups in the office freezer, and your team always has a warm, healthy lunch at hand, even on days without time to go out. How long do the frozen soups keep?
